Dataminr embeds real-time threat intelligence and agentic AI into Crisis24 Horizon

The real-time risk detection firm rolled its threat feed and agentic AI tools into Crisis24's integrated risk management platform, the first product to emerge from the two companies' partnership.

Dataminr Inc., a company specializing in real-time event and risk detection, has embedded its threat detection feed and agentic artificial intelligence tools directly into Crisis24 Horizon, the integrated risk management platform sold by Crisis24 Inc. The two companies unveiled the integration at the Global Security Exchange conference in Atlanta, with the announcement landing on September 14, 2026. It marks the first product to come out of a partnership between the firms.

Under the arrangement, Crisis24 Horizon users gain the threat detection feed that Dataminr built its business on, alongside the firm's agentic AI tooling, delivered within the risk management platform rather than as a separate product. The move places real-time event detection and AI assistance inside a single interface for integrated risk management, instead of requiring security teams to bridge two vendors' systems on their own.

The choice of venue is telling. The Global Security Exchange, held in Atlanta, is a flagship gathering for the corporate security and risk profession, and product debuts there are aimed squarely at the buyers who manage threat monitoring for large organizations. Launching the first joint product on that stage signals that both companies view the integration as a commercial priority rather than a technical experiment.

For Dataminr, the deal extends the distribution of its detection feed and its agentic AI tools into Crisis24's installed platform, positioning the company's real-time intelligence where risk decisions are already made. For Crisis24, it folds external real-time event data and AI-driven tooling into Horizon, an integrated risk management platform, at a moment when agentic AI is moving from demonstration to deployment across enterprise software.

The integration also underscores how AI-derived intelligence is becoming a bundled feature rather than a standalone purchase. As vendors compete for enterprise risk workflows, embedding feeds and agentic tools into existing platforms reduces friction for buyers — and raises the competitive bar for point solutions that sell real-time alerting on its own.
